Being a TikTok presenter and a historic character at a theme park are among the most popular jobs this year, according to new research.
Data management officer positions are the most searched for roles so far this year, according to results from jobs site CV-Library.
Other popular searches include CCTV controller and train conductor.

TikTok presenter roles also attracted a lot of interest, as brands adapt how they reach audiences and sell products, according to the report.
Lee Biggins, chief executive of CV-Library, said: “Forget a dream job as a doctor, teacher or vet, the most popular jobs of 2024 include working in theme parks, as TikTok presenters, or on trains.
“Brits are also keen to make a difference, with emergency call handlers and social sustainability roles also high up the wish list, demonstrating that job seekers are looking for more than just money in 2024.”

CV-Library analysed over 900,000 jobs advertised on their platform since January 2024.
They calculated the most popular jobs based on which postings got the highest number of jobseeker views.
