Plymouth Argyle have signed midfielder Darko Gyabi on a season-long loan deal from Leeds United.
It will be the 20-year-old’s second loan spell at the club, after first joining in January this year.
Gyabi made 10 appearances for Argyle last season before suffering a groin injury in March that meant he had to return to Leeds for the remainder of the campaign.
“I heard really good reports about Darko from his time with Argyle last season and since watching him closely I was really keen to bring him back to the club,” head coach Wayne Rooney told Argyle’s website, external.
“He fits the profile of midfielder I like to have within the squad, as he is good on the ball, powerful and athletic, and will fit the style of play I am looking to implement.”
