Air pollution is one of the biggest threats to human life and sadly many of the world’s countries don’t meet the WHO’s recommendations for safe air quality levels.
In fact, only 10 countries met the expected level in the recent World Air Quality Report by IQAir. While the UK didn’t make the top 10, several European countries found a spot on the list.
Bangladesh has the world’s worst air quality closely followed by Pakistan, India, Tajikistan and Burkina Faso.
