Zvonimir Ivisic left the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday. Just two days later, he’s found his next home.

According to On3’s Joe Tipton, Big Z has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks, where he’ll reunite with John Calipari.

This marks the end of the Big Z era in Lexington. What a ride it was.

A 7-foot-2, 234-pound native of Croatia, Ivisic was a late addition to Kentucky’s class of 2023 and wasn’t ruled eligible until January 20th.

In 15 games, he averaged 5.5 points on 57.5% shooting from the field and 37.5% 3-point shooting, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks in 11.7 minutes per game. He would finish the season with just three double-digit scoring efforts, his best being 18 points (7/11 shooting) in the 117-95 win over the Alabama Crimson Tide, who ultimately made the Final Four.

Once Big Z entered the portal, he was widely expected to land in Arkansas. New Kentucky head coach Mark Pope was set to meet with Z on Monday, and it’s apparent that meeting didn’t change the big man’s mind.
