National infrastructure service provider MJ Quinn has secured a newly refurbished industrial site in Brierley Hill as part of its ongoing UK expansion.
The company has signed a five-year lease on Hulbert Park, a 24,463 sq ft detached warehouse on Level Street, following a refurbishment by landlords Hulbert Properties.
Fully self-contained, the site offers 51 parking spaces, a secondary bay with two roller shutter doors and a mezzanine floor with lift access.
MJ Quinn is a provider of telecommunication engineering, critical infrastructure, and energy solutions.
The company specialises in HVAC, renewable technologies, EV charging, and battery energy storage, supporting sustainable development across the UK and Europe.
Dave Brown, managing director (Telecoms) of MJ Quinn said: “We are delighted to establish our presence at this impressive new site, which provides the ideal infrastructure to support our growing operations. The strategic location in the Midlands offers excellent connectivity and accessibility, enabling us to better serve our clients across the region and nationally.
“This facility will significantly enhance our operational efficiency, providing the capacity and resources needed to drive innovation and deliver high-quality telecoms solutions at scale. Importantly, it will also create exciting career opportunities for local people, supporting job growth and skills development in the area as we continue to expand our workforce.”
The deal was facilitated by commercial agents at Black Country-based Sellers Chartered Surveyors.
Matthew Pearcey, who oversaw the deal said: “Hulbert Properties bought the property, the former William & Sons building having recognised the locational advantages of the site to attract high-calibre tenants.
“As a detached warehouse set in 1.4 acres, the building boasts a prominent position close to the Merry Hill Centre, Waterfront Office Park and the Copthorne Hotel, and has great Midlands Road and public transport links, which will be further enhanced by its proximity to the proposed Metro stop earmarked for the area.
“Further to investing in an extensive refurbishment, Hulbert Properties instructed Sellers, our parent company Harris Lamb, and joint agents Michael Johnson & Co. to market the opportunity, resulting in a letting to MJ Quinn.”
