RSM UK, a provider of audit, tax, and consulting services, has strengthened its business transformation team with the addition of Mark Crawford as a director.
Crawford’s role will be pivotal in expanding the firm’s manufacturing client base and enhancing its procurement, supply chain, and business transformation services.
Crawford most recently worked at EY, focusing on the industrial products sector during his six-year stint at the firm.
Before his time at EY, he spent two decades at PwC within the consulting team.
Having an experience of more than 26 years in operations consulting, Crawford’s expertise lies in advising businesses within the manufacturing and industrial products sector, including those in the automotive, aerospace, and defence industries.
He has worked with a variety of clients, from global automotive and engine manufacturers to a UK subsidiary of an aerospace and defence organisation, as well as multinational automotive suppliers.
His functional expertise is extensive, covering strategic growth, value creation, cost reduction, and optimising the value of operations.
RSM UK also highlighted his understanding of value chain processes, particularly in customer, procurement, and supply chain management.
Referring to Crawford, RSM UK partner and head of Business Transformation Joel Segal stated: “His deep industry expertise in manufacturing and industrial products, plus his proven track record around deals and costs, and functional skills across the value chain processes, puts us in a strong position to support our clients in meeting their strategic business needs.”
In November 2024, RSM UK appointed Juan Federico as a business transformation director within its consulting practice.
