Major APAC-centric fashion retailer Urban Revivo has opened a second flagship UK flagship store in Westfield Stratford City, London, signing a 10-year lease with landlord Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
As part of its global expansion strategy, the 400-store Urban Revivo said it plans to open flagship stores that not only showcase its cutting-edge fashion collections, but also prioritise immersive art shopping experience “by creating urban art centres that focus on enhancing consumer experiences”.
So the global fashion brand will occupy a prime, double height unit on the mall’s first floor level measuring around 30,000 sq ft, neighbouring retailers including Zara, Uniqlo, Mango and H&M.
It adds to recently signed space on Neal Street, Covent Garden, as well as its first US store in SoHo, New York.
Urban Revivo, founded in 2006, said it has made a “significant impact on the fashion industry with its cutting-edge, trend-driven apparel”. Known for offering high-fashion designs at accessible price points, Urban Revivo “is poised to further solidify its international presence and strengthen its portfolio of over 400 stores”.
The brand also highlights its commitment to sustainability through various initiatives and emphasises transparency and ethical practices in its supply chain, “ensuring that its operations align with global sustainability standards”.
Sam Foyle, co-head of global retail at Savills, which cemented the latest deal, said: “[This] marks a significant milestone for Urban Revivo, as we accelerate the brands’ ambitious European expansion plans in 2025. Building on its phenomenal success in the APAC region, we’re excited for Urban Revivo to spearhead the next generation of fashion innovation in the UK.”
Constantin Wiesmann, leasing director UK at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, added: “Westfield Stratford City continues to be a destination for leading global brands to establish and grow their flagship presence in the UK. The signing of Urban Revivo reflects our ongoing strategy to attract emerging and cult-favourite brands, providing unique opportunities for our tenants and an enhanced shopping experience for our visitors.”
