Canaries’ Oxford meeting moved for TV coverage
The Canaries were due to face Gary Rowett’s side at 3pm on Saturday, March 8, but will instead welcome the U’s to NR1 19 hours earlier, for an 8pm kick-off on Friday, March 7.
The game will be shown on Sky Sports Football as a result, covering City’s attempt to avenge their opening day defeat to the newly-promoted club.
They were beaten 2-0 at the Kassam in their first game of the season, one that was also shown on Sky Sports, as Johannes Hoff Thorup’s tenure got off to a shaky start.
They’ll be the favourites going into next month’s clash, however, with United 16th in the Championship table while Norwich push for the play-off places in eighth.
