U.S. luxury accessories resale platform Fashionphile announced on Wednesday a 67 percent increase in profits year-over-year, driven by omnichannel expansion and international wholesale growth.
Notably, in 2024, Fashionphile achieved a 60% increase in physical retail sales and launched a wholesale division. For the first time, more than 20% of the company’s business was conducted through these channels. Wholesale operations accounted for over 5% of the company’s annual revenue.
In late 2023, Fashionphile opened two retail stores at Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, CA, and Carlsbad Premium Outlets in Carlsbad, CA. The expansion was followed by openings in 2024, including a long-term pop-up in Austin, Texas, and in Lehi, Utah, and a permanent store in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Fashionphile also entered luxury multi-brand retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue‘s Off Fifth, and landed strategic partnerships with legacy multi-brand retailers in Denmark, Canada, Germany, and Australia.
The company’s collections are now featured in over 50 locations globally, including duty-free airport shops and cruise retail boutiques. The acquisition of Montreal-based Two Authenticators Inc. and LXRandCo further strengthened wholesale capabilities.
Looking ahead, the retailer is set to open a flagship location at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California, and plans to establish stores in major cities like Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Boca Raton, and Philadelphia by the end of 2025. The company also plans to deepen its footprint in Europe, and the Middle East.
