Designer global fashion house Coach will be opening at Braintree Village this spring, stocking a range of handbags, purses and other leather accessories, alongside belts and jewellery, catering for both men and women.
Coach was founded in New York in 1941, and it was inspired by the vision of Creative Director Stuart Vevers, as well as the “inclusive and courageous spirit of its hometown”.
The brand aims to make beautiful things crafted to last, for shoppers to ‘be themselves’ in.
The 2,260 square foot store will be located opposite the South Entrance of the shopping village, and it will be the first standalone Coach store in the region.
Josef O’Sullivan, Centre Director at Braintree Village, said: “We are delighted to announce that Coach has chosen Braintree Village for its first standalone store in Essex.
“This is a brand our guests have told us they’ve been keen to shop at in Braintree Village for some time, and we’re excited to finally be welcoming them to our roster of brands.
“This exciting news follows a successful 2024, which saw us celebrate our 25th anniversary, the return of our festive ice rink and welcome fantastic brands such as Rituals and Columbia to our retail line-up.
“We have got several exciting announcements in the pipeline for 2025, so watch this space.”
